Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your order please return the product, and notify our sales office within 7 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. If a refund is requested, the £11.50 carriage charge will also be refunded. It is your responsibility to return the products and this cost will only be refunded in the case of faulty product.

When returning a parcel please ensure:

·     The item(s) is packed well to ensure it arrives in its original state, and use the original packaging where possible.

·     A letter or dispatch note is enclosed detailing the order number, your address, contact details and reason for return.

Returns are sent at your own cost and risk. Duchess China cannot be held responsible for items during transit but will contact you on safe arrival. Your return costs will only be refunded for faulty products returned within 7 days of receipt.
